Exchange and Returns

At Naturalista Swimwear, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or fit perfectly. That's why we have a hassle-free exchange and returns policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.

Exchange Policy:

If you receive a product that doesn't fit or you simply change your mind, you can request an exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Here's how the exchange process works:

  1. Contact our customer support team at returns@naturalista-swimwear.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the exchange.
  3. Our customer support team will guide you through the next steps, including providing you with a return shipping label.
  4. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or damaged.

Returns Policy:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on swimwear that has been worn or removed from its original packaging, unless it is defective or damaged. So please try on all swimwear over underwear and remove any tags and hygienic liners after you are happy with your purchase.
